Refund Policy – MWAI Agency

1. Service-Based Refunds

Because MWAI Agency provides digital services and custom AI solutions, refunds are generally not available once the project has started or a deliverable has been provided.
However, we do offer partial or full refunds under certain conditions:

  • A full refund may be issued if the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
  • A partial refund may be issued if the project has started but less than 30% of the agreed work has been completed.
  • No refunds are provided once services are delivered or after 7 days from the initial payment.

2. Subscription Plans

For recurring monthly services (e.g., chatbot hosting, automation management, or support):

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@mwaiagency.com.
  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period.

3. Technical or Setup Fees

Setup, onboarding, or customization fees are non-refundable, as these costs cover initial work completed by our team to configure your systems and accounts.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed chatbot or automation setups
  • Third-party tool subscriptions (Aminos, WhatsApp API, etc.)
  • Custom integrations or software licenses purchased on your behalf
